  1. As I gained wright, I went up in size. I expect to go down. I will buy a pair of heals if I even loose half the weight I need to.

  3. Good luck everyone. The lapband is a tool. We need to work with it. Up the activity level, correct eating and most important is positive outlook

  6. Day 9. I couldn't have returned to work yet. Bowels getting use to the changes. Feeling good but realize I am still post op.
  7. I stopped being so gassy when I realized I was gluten intolerant.
  8. Chilli does sound great. I have had 1/4 cup of V8 juice and it is very flavourful also!
  9. Up to day 6 clear fluids, up to day 12 full fluids then mushy
  10. I am a newbie. Reading and watching all the YouTube videos.

  16. I had a breast reduction about 10 years ago. There isn't one day of regret. I am 5 days post op and wish everyone luck. Take your meds, walk frequently and rest and follow your instructions. All is great so far
  17. Walk around each hour. You will appreciate this advice. It made me feel so good. 5 days post op now

  19. Day 5 post op. My pain meds are still important to me. I went out to the drug store today and walked around. The walking helps my gas. Keep up the good work
  20. I use my pill crusher on my pain meds. Most of the pain seems to be caused from gas. Moving around, short walks and oho oat bag really works
  21. I have read that some people have a little warm liquid first. Wait ten minutes and then eat or drink
