One week post-op

I'm one week post-op and I'm still excited, still hopeful. I've been hungry, but reading on this forum and connecting with people really seems to help me know that I'm not alone. I lost 24 pounds on my pre-op diet and since surgery have lost another 3 pounds. I don't think I've weighed this since just after high school and I'm ecstatic! I'm just still figuring all of this out and would love any tips/tricks that anyone has come up with lately or if you're a veteran and have some insight to what to expect- I would greatly appreciate it!

I have my first post-op appointment next Thursday and I'm nervous. :)

Thanks!
