Thank you Susan for all your hard work tracking our weight week after week!!! I have decided not to weight my self I will not let a number slow me down!!! I feel great and I am looking fabulous as the weeks go by!! I will continue to work hard and let my body tell my story not the number on the scale!! I def feel the restriction!!! As soon I start eating a little faster cause it's hard to get use to eating slow I feel stuck and get hiccups.... Crazy feeling! But now I know when to stop lol

3cc on a 10cc band. It was painless! If I don't feel restriction with 3cc I have to see the doctor In one week for another adjustment... ????????
