  1. I never tell myself I cannot have the bad food. I say I will have an ice cream etc on the weekend. So I don't crave things, I give myself permission for them just not now. When the snack attack feeling is over I don't feel like the treats and don't have them. Sometimes we crave things we know we shouldn't have
  2. Of course I would like dramatic results since I feel I have changed my eating habits, calorie intake and exercise routine. I use to loose more on my fad diets but then regained. I sure hope this slowly but surely method wins the Game
  3. They think I am not eating enough solid protei to know if the band is doing its job. My request for fill report asks what you have eaten in last 24 hrs.
  4. They won't give me my first fill. Said I need to eat more solid food and let the band do its job. Very disappointed
  5. I am 4 lbs from my first goal. I find it important not to look at the big picture but the milestones along the way. Congratulations
  6. Was fun being out last night and having men glance over at me
  7. Lady at work was discussing her decision for wls with me. I was tempted to tell her all about my journey but I don't want everyone to know. I think I am frightened to fail
  8. I try not to sit and relax until I have my 10,000 steps on the fitbit
  9. The band is a tool. I know I need it. All weight loss attempts have failed. It will be with me for many years reminding me to chew/eat smaller portions. We each have out own journey. Your journey to health is important
  10. The NSV's are important as my weight loss is very slow. My daughter doesn't know about the band. I see her watching my shrinking body and hoping I don't fit into her jeans one day. Wink! Wink! We shall see
  11. Best of luck. I started my journey in August. My weight is moving slowly, I cannot do high impact exercising. I am ok with slowly moving down the scale as long as I keep going down.
  12. It is amazing how big my tops are getting lol!
  13. My first fill will be in 6 days. Feeling excited. Also down 20 lbs
  14. Mine are $0 for 5 years
  15. After I did my last iPhone updates the app works well
  16. Well I reached my happy goal!!
  17. Well I reached my happy goal!!
  18. Took me many weeks to get rid of the gas. Burping and fa@@ing for 6 weeks
  19. I went into menopause at 40 so not a concern
  20. Aug 13 here. I cannot have a fill until Oct 6. Slow progress but Soo happy. I can step out of my clothes without undoing them. Bought the fitbit and trying to get my steps in. I don't plan on being a marathon runner or gym bunny but sure hope to improve my health and fitness level
  21. My gallbladder issues showed up as back pain. I also went to massage for muscle pain. I agree with engaging your doctor. I have to ensure good footwear or my back is very sore. As a large busted woman, if I don't have a good supporting bra my back will be sore also
  22. I love my walking sticks. Try it. They tone the arms and encourage me to walk
