Mine are $0 for life(or his retirement) through my surgeon.

Mine are $0 for life(or his retirement) through my surgeon.

Wow.....niiiice :D

Insurance covers mine, so my copay is around $50. The cash price is $250.

Mine are free for the first year and 75.00 each after that.

My insurance is billed $700 if I get an adjustment, which includes a few minutes with the NUT. All my adjustments are done using fluoroscopy now (thank heavens!).

It might be cheaper for cash pay....not sure.

first year free and now I pay 20% which comes to about 30.00 dollars. my fills are part of the doctor visit not extra.

Mine are treated as an "office visit" with an added "surgical procedure", according to my insurance statement. Regardless of the way it's billed, I pay my $25 co-pay each time.

I'm cash pay and so mine are free for the first year and $150 each after that.
