  13. Dotti, Sorry for all of your previous/current health challenges. This procedure is definitely life changing. I hope to have pictures by next month. Surgery was on 7/30/14 at Newton Wellesley. I have a family member that had their surgery at Tufts years ago with great success. Good luck dear!

  17. Hello, I can speak for myself.....yes, I have messed up my pre-op diet. However, when I was "off" for the day. I would really set the bar for myself for the remainder of the day/week. Another words, if I cheated for Breakfast, I would make up for it for my lunch and dinner meal. Just try not to stray too much. There is a purpose to this madness. Shrinkage of the liver. It really works! Try not to beat up on yourself. Stay on task and you will be great on your date of surg. (8/25). Good luck!
  18. 2 late 4 bed No doubt that everyone will have different results. Even if we had surgery on the same date. I was sleeved on July 30, 2014. I have lost a total of 26 lbs. Proud of myself, who would have thought! Beginning weight was 314. Date of surg: 298. As of yesterday: 289 With time I am sure it will get better (pounds melting). Starting next week I plan on begging an exercise pattern. Good luck! Kindle, you look FABULOUS! ! Keep up the good work!!
  19. Good luck! Your surgery will be a success! When is your date?
  20. It is called "normal" to feel nervous. I thought at one point I would back out. Can you believe that??? There are too many cons on our side to go for a healthier you! Stay w/the pre-op/Post - op diets and various other directions from your doctor and you will remain on a good path. Good luck!
