  1. Sorry about your problem. I am too tight but I am not losing because I eat crappy foods.
  2. I really liked unjury vanilla and skim milk but I had to quit anything with milk. I got a promotion and I am in a small place surrounded by professionals. I couldn't risk the gas so I started just drinking unjury and crystal light for breakfast and evening snack. It seemed like any food caused unexpected embarassing gas. This worked for me. It may not be the healthiest but the good news is I started losing weight again after being on a plateau for 3 months. I guess I will try different options on the week-end and see what happens. Also, the other plus, my band would tighten up all day and so I didn't overeat in the evening. good luck! Phyllis2
