I feel you.. Having the same sentiments. Sleeved 7/29.. Only down 18lb from surgery at 5 weeks out. Stupid stall for like 3 weeks except the day I walked a 5K.. Well I cant walk a 5k everyday when Im working 12-14 hours a day.. Hope we both get out of this rut soon -

Hey all I'm the 29th too. Starting the liquids but struggling just to get started partly cause I haven't found a Protein mix i'm a fan of either. Bought a couple of protein shot type drinks have to look at their sats.. most no carbs or low carb with splenda or other sweetener.. gonna probably mix with gatorade or something else cause I'm not sure how they taste on their own.. anybody try these? What are everybody's favorites protein mixes? -

Hey All brand new to this forum (just learned about it from VSG group on MFP) Surgery is scheduled for the 29th.. I'm trying to get all my Proteins started and just researching more about how to prepare. Will definitely be following along with everybody!
