I agree with everyone. All of their things they won't miss, are my things too!
I am ready to:
Ride a bike
Run
Wear a swimsuit and not be embarrassed.
Go to the beach
Be around my "cute" friends and not feel awful about myself.
Better sex positions (just keepin it real).
Find clothes that I actually like instead of just clothes that fit.
Have my husband want to show me off.

Today was a little better. I got at least the minimum of 24 ounces down today. I did throw up. But not every fifteen minutes like yesterday. Which after how I felt yesterday, I count as a huge victory. I'm still constantly thirsty and I'm drinking every fifteen minutes. I'm praying I continue to feel better. Supposed to start my Vitamins tomorrow. Which I don't want that to be a step back.

This is great progress. Just keep in up and think how positive it will be in the end. Great job.

Called the oncall physician. I told her everything. She said throwing up the old blood was normal and it would go away. However she was worried about the frequency with which I threw up yesterday. Told me to take some liquid Tylenol and Maalox. Keep drinking every fifteen minutes. And give it til three. If I haven't improved then she'd read not me for IV fluids and to rest my stomach.

@@jnfisher I'm weak and uncomfortable as well. My surgeon said to call if I had vomiting. I only did once after I got home, so I didn't have to call him. I hope it gets better for you soon.

I can't take but like two tiny sips of anything and I immediately burp. Also. If I have maybe a third dip it's too much. And I start having a horrible pain at the top of my abdomen below my boobs. Then I eventually throw up. Help. I feel awful. Wondering when I should call my doc. Will this get better?

I was required to drink clear liquids for the first week. I ended up buying some Isopure clear liquid Protein because I felt weak before the end of that first week. The second week I could have Protein drinks made with milk.

Today was definitely my worst day. Rest of pre op diet has gone great. Back on track ASAP though to get ready for the big day Monday.

Ok. So I start my two week preop liquid diet today. I can have a lean meat and a green veggie at night though. So that's nice. Surgery on the 29th.

Dec 29th!!! Start my liquid diet on Dec 16th not looking foward to it at all!!!
