Jb1176 I hope you feel better, and the best thing would be is to rest! Maybe you could try something else for exercise? Maybe yoga? 7 pounds per month sounds pretty good!

I quit almost 3 years ago now and really found the patches helpful. I don't think I would have been successful without them. I think if you are ready you'll do it! Good luck!

I was sleeved 4/21 and am down 70.2 as of today

I'm in MN and was just sleeved on the 21st. Would love to join the group!

I was sleeved on the 21st and am not allowed protein yet, clear liquids for the 1st week following surgery. I have my 1 week follow up tomorrow and hopefully will be allowed to add protein and be on full liquids.

I'm on the 21st, can't wait!

I'm on day 5 of my liquid diet and last night I was super nauseous. It hit me a of a sudden and I just went to bed. Today has been better.

April 21st!

I have my appointment to meet my surgeon on the 6th and then will set the date! Hoping for sometime mid May, but don't know how busy the surgery schedule is.

Just got the word that I've been approved! I meet with the surgeon on April 6th and then will set the surgery date! I'm thinking it will be someone in May or maybe late April

My last apt with my dietitian is next week, so I'm hoping for a May date!
