Wow! Am I glad I found this thread!! I thought I was alone in this struggle and no one else had these problems.
Came back to this site after a very long time to find the inspiration to face my doctor on Friday.

I am on day 3 of the 5 day pouch test and suprisingly... I am NOT hungry!!
Maybe it is the additional Protein?
Maybe it is my mind set?
Well what ever it is...It is just gonna help me re-start this band life. (kinda fell off the wagon for about a year now)

I too am starting over! Gained all back after a having all saline removed last year and only a small re-fill done. Decided to get over it and call my doctor.
I feel ashamed to go back, but gonna put on a stiff upper lip and get that fill, eat right, excersise and pay attention to my body.
I fell off the horse but gonna get back on!
