Starting to get discouraged that I won't get to my next goal or my final goal? I only lost a pound this week and I am upset with myself? Its getting so much harder to loose the weight?

My stall has finally broken and I'm finally under 300lbs! This morning I weighed in at 297. I'm too excited.

Ugh so disgusted with myself, I gained 2 lbs for the first time in 7 months and I am so upset. Looks like it's time to re-evaluate what I am doing and eating!!!

I'm below 150 for the first time in more than a decade. I am so grateful for my surgery and for this website which keeps me focused. Now on to final goal!

I hit 229.4 today. I haven't been this weight since I was 18 maybe, so 9 years ago. If I could just kill this spare tire around my gut it would be a truly noticeable difference!
