    Hate chewable multivitamins

You just have to keep trying different options until you find one that suits you. I use Vitafusion for my Calcium and Vitamin C chews and for my actual vitamin, I use Envie by NutraKey - its a powder I put in Water. I buy them all through amazon. I've found this to be the most complete source for me to get in my Vitamins. My bloodwork came back and wasn't so great so we needed to adjust my supplements which is when I switched to the Envie and with in a few days I felt back to my normal self again. I don't work for the company or get any kickback, its just that effective I feel the need to share. In addition to being a Multivitamin, it is also fortified with greens, antioxidants, amino acids, minerals, and immune boosting nutrients. Good Luck!

    The Honeymoon is O.V.E.R.

@, thank you for your post! It reminded me WHY I joined this site in the first place. We all have so much in common and it's GREAT for accountability. I haven't been on the site in too long, but I came back because I realized I hadn't lost but 2 lbs in almost three months. After I had a WTF moment, my exact thoughts were honeymoon is officially over! I know stalls are common and I had week long ones around my 5 month mark, but 3 months and 2 lbs was upsetting me! I'm very proud of the 107 lbs I've lost, but I still have a long way to go (63 more!) and I want my honeymoon back, damn it! I'm going to take a look at my calorie consumption as others have suggested. Good luck!

    So the Journey Begins :)

Photos from the start of my journey. I was going to wait to post until I had a loss, but hey, we had to start somewhere and I need to be open, honest and raw to recover.

Out with the Old in with the New!

Well, thank stinks! I was hoping to put an easy link. If you download the app, there is a person icon on the top left, you just have to type in luciddezin - my closet name. The website is a little more tricky. I think because they want you to use their app... But if you are on the website and click search type in Aqua/Periwinkle - the color of one of my shirts... And you can see my closet. I can post pics on here too if that makes it easier ????
  5. Hi everyone! I'm excited that I've lost 75 lbs but sad to part with some of my favorite tops! I'm selling some of my current wardrobe to generate some revenue to buy clothing that fits. Please check my "closet" out on Poshmark https://poshmark.com/closet/luciddezin If you are new to Poshmark you can sign up using the following link and code and get a $5 credit! https://poshmark.com/getapp code:BAMIA
  6. That would have been my first question as well. Fortunately, I'm regular. Not like pre-surgery, but once a day. Even thought may be gas so I've been taking extra strength gas x. So odd. The fact that it hurts after eating or drinking is what's baffling me. Thought it may be gallstone or pancreas related.
  7. I'll start by saying I have contacted my surgeons office and I'm waiting for a reply. In the meantime, any lessons learned experience/insight is appreciated! I was sleeved back on 7/11. Have been doing pretty well to date. At the end of last week I started having lower back pain that's level of intensity comes and goes but the pain is constant and feeling very fatigued. Now if I eat or drink I have abdominal cramping/pain - not in my stomach region - more intestines region. No vomiting or diarrhea just nauseous after I eat/drink. I thought maybe I had a bladder infection even though my urine is light. I wanted to see if any of you have experienced this before and or if you think it's something to go to the ER over. I'm generally a wait and see what happens kind of girl, but since surgery, I tend to be a little more anxious.

    tall female sleevers...

I'm so happy I saw this thread I'm 6'1 and just had my sleeve last week. Starting weight was 369 and my goal is 199. My Dr is great with that number as I'm big boned and playing college basketball at my fittest I was 195. Charts suggest 175-185 but I feel like that would be too thin for me. I guess my plan is to see how I feel when I get there. Good to know there are some 6'+ ladies on here

    Got My Date!

I'm finally doing better today. I had bad reaction to the anesthesia and pain meds but my tummy is healing great they also ended up doing a hernia repair which I didn't anticipate but so far all is well! How are you doing?

Blood thinner shots - how long?

I have to do mine for 28 days. The key to not have pain is to go in quick and at a slight angle and then do not rub the site. I've had to do these for 4 months several years ago with I had a pulmonary embolism. It's worth the pain of the shots if it can prevent the blood clot. Sorry you have pain!

    Got My Date!

Braniem19 did you have your surgery today?! Excited to hear how you are feeling. I have 2 more days!
  12. Thank you all! Sleeveless in seattle, I did research to learn that it's a GOOD thing if my Dr is able to offer the BLIS. So like you've said, only those with a good track record can even offer it. I've decided to go with the 90 day. May hurt my pockets a little now but it's definately better than a lot later!
  13. Did either of you ladies have an option to choose a length of time or was a time limit selected for you? Either way, how long was it? Sorry for the 50 questions I appreciate your feedback!
  14. 5BeautifulDays that is what I was thinking too... I was just curious to get thoughts before I write the big check and clear out my savings
  15. $1,070 for the 30 day coverage... $1225 for 90 day and $1396 for 180 days. I've heard MOST (not all) complications, if they are going to happen, happen in the first 90 days. Not sure of the accuracy of that.
