@@Babbs has the right idea. Don't let yourself get in too much of a routine for too long, change your workouts, raise or lower your calorie intake. I don't know if this has been scientifically proven,

The honeymoon phase is officially over. I am post op 7 months and down 92lbs. The last 50 lbs. are coming off painfully slow. Maybe 3-4lbs a MONTH. So, I am regrouping and analyzing. I noticed my calorie intake is much more than I originally thought. What is the typically calorie intake this far out? Is it still 800-900 a day?
