    Stomach Bruising

Yes from the blood thinner shots. Over time they will go away. My doctor said they were nothing to worry about

Cracking up on liquid only diet

Hang in there it does get easier. I'm four weeks out. To add to the variety I made a small sweet potato and smushed it up to where it was extremely thin. Ate on it when wanted something different. Think it lasted three or for meals. Are u allowed to have soup? On my second week I could have creamy soups and that helped change things up too. Hang in there it does get better!! Great job on the weight loss

Anyone start with a 35 BMI?

I am in the same situation. I have been thrilled with my loss in the last 4weeks. I really can tell in inches. If you have not done your measurements do that. That is where you will really tell!! Good luck and let's keep in touch. When was your surgery?

    June Gastric Sleevers Out there

I had my surgery on June25th. Things are going good. Just keep in mind your body is in shock and is still trying to figure out what you have done. I have a friend that had it done in November last year and stalling is part of the journey. Keep moving forward and just think you are loosing and don't want to loose to fast. Keep doing what you are doing and move forward. This is what I'm telling myself. If you never did your measurements do them. That is where I really see a difference. Down 20 since surgery but about 30 inches total. Be positive with yourself. You will get there. ????
