  1. Yes from the blood thinner shots. Over time they will go away. My doctor said they were nothing to worry about
  2. Hang in there it does get easier. I'm four weeks out. To add to the variety I made a small sweet potato and smushed it up to where it was extremely thin. Ate on it when wanted something different. Think it lasted three or for meals. Are u allowed to have soup? On my second week I could have creamy soups and that helped change things up too. Hang in there it does get better!! Great job on the weight loss
  3. Haven't had surgery yet. Just preparing mentally i If you have any questions let me know. U can email me to at ascorzine@yahoo.com. I'll help ya as much as I can. I had a friend prepare me and it really helped. Look forward to hearing from u.

  6. I am in the same situation. I have been thrilled with my loss in the last 4weeks. I really can tell in inches. If you have not done your measurements do that. That is where you will really tell!! Good luck and let's keep in touch. When was your surgery?

  8. my doctor told me to crush my pills and they gave me liquid pain meds. Might wanna ask about that. That was very stressed not to swallow pills
  9. . The first week is really tough. Hang in there and get as much liquid in as u can. It does get better second week. I'm on the fourth week and feel great. U will get there. Just remember you just had major surgery and your body needs to heal and rest. Good luck!!
  10. Please add Jenn Minkin ? Thanks!. Please add me too. Shayne corzine. Have a picture of myself then my background is the ocean
  11. I had my surgery on June25th. Things are going good. Just keep in mind your body is in shock and is still trying to figure out what you have done. I have a friend that had it done in November last year and stalling is part of the journey. Keep moving forward and just think you are loosing and don't want to loose to fast. Keep doing what you are doing and move forward. This is what I'm telling myself. If you never did your measurements do them. That is where I really see a difference. Down 20 since surgery but about 30 inches total. Be positive with yourself. You will get there. ????
