I'm so happy for you. Go kick some butt girl. You will feel fine after surgery. You will be doing laps around the halls and the nurses are going to tell you go home. LOL

It's Fridayyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!
I'm here, I went to the gym when I got off yesterday and this morning. When I go I normally do 2 min on the eliptical thingy 15 or 20 min on the treadmill and between 2-4 weight machines working my arms and legs. I am normally there from 25 to 45 minutes. At home I run up and down the stairs. I need to incorporate more in at home.

Nope not crazy just normal. All I can say is exercise, cardio and strength training will be your bodies best friend in the long run. Things are going to droop and fall but you can firm thigs up to a degree. Walking will be your best friend if you don't exercise now. Go get a pedometer so you can see how many steps you are getting in.

Have you ever belonged to Weight Watchers, TOPS, Jenny Craig or any support groups like that. If so their weigh in documentation could. count.

I went to the gym when I got off from work and I went this morning. I feel good. dananananana like I knew that I would dananannana I feel fine.....
I'm excited about losing this weight. I went home and washed the truck, fixed dinner which was easy ..leaftovers. My daughter pulled out and prepared some teryaki noodles which were delish. I found cornbread so I made muffins and put sheredded cheese in them. I also put a sweet potatoe in the microwave and then put pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, butter and brown sugar. yummo Oh yeah the leftover baked chicken and on rib w/barbeqsauce.

Well tell him to do any and everything you say he won't have to worry about that. Poor baby, just take him on your jorney of exercise and he will feel better about himself also. There is nothing like have a partner to do this together with.

Doug I know you are praying on it and leave it alone. You are doing an awesome job, just stay positive. So I hear you are starting your exercise. So what's the plan? Wearing a pedometer to get to 10,000 steps a day?

I only had time to do a few minutes on the treadmill this morning. I ran in place in the bathroom and I will get on the treadmill again later.
Weigh in tonight, I'm anxious. I tell everyone else don't stress about the numbers but I want to see big numbers go down also.:faint:
