    I am nervous because tonight is weigh in and after losing 10 pounds last week I think it will be difficult to come up with another loss this week. I remember last Tuesday I didn't have time to eat but trail mix all day. Today I have cream soup, oatmeal and a sausage. Help me! I think I will jog in place perdiodically today.

    Gym this morning and hopefully at noon and after work.
     
    I am bike on the horsey now. Giddey UP!!!!! I can't wait for weigh in tomorrow. It has been 3 weeks since last weigh in.

    Had a pain in the right side of my chest yesterday from about 3:30-7:00. Then it just felt like pull twinge. It did scare me and was concerned I would have to go to the ER. I layed in bed for an hour or so. I can't find my blood pressure monitor I recently bought. Once the pain went away I started feeling like myself and going up and down the stairs, cleaning up and getting ready for today.
     
    Last night I didn't think I would be able to go to work today but I felt fine when I got up and here I am. I do have an appointment for an echo today. I will call and make another appt with my primary doctor so I can get some blood work done. Ok Done appt for Monday.
     
    I have lovely restriction this morning. I took my meds around 7 and spit for about 15 minutes. Now I have hot oatmeal and that is not going down. I will stop eating now. I have grape juice after the sliming stops and my band opens a little. Also, have trail mix.
     
    Yesterday, I was a slow eating pig. 4 nuggets, 1/2 double cheeseburger 1 bun, insides of a meat burrito. Dinner was greens, bite of baked chicken, scalloped potatoes (which go down very well).

    dinner hershey bar,taco bell mexi melt, inside of chrunch wrap
     
    Friday
    breakfast rest of hershey bar, orange juice (sugar high I can type faster)
    lunch can soup, salad ( lettuce and cheese)
     
    Can someone say period.

    Thank you ladies for the kick in the caboos. I miss you guys Ali and Oatmeal girl. LOL I will get back to walking tomorrow I'm off from work and hopefully I will find someone to go with me but if not it is ok.
     
    It is getting on my nerves that it gets dark so early. I feel like I am suppose to be in the house getting ready for bed.

    I am happy about how far I have come and my work this weekend but I am not doing all that I can. Walked 3 miles Saturday and Sunday and lots of shopping walking on Saturday. I wanted to do more but did not have any one to push me. I have to figure out what to do today about that.

    I know it wasn't the best food but it could have been worst.
     
    Today
    Breakfast:oatmeal 200
    Snack:Pasta salad 1/2 cup
    Lunch: 1/4 sausage
    Dinner: 4 wendy nuggets, 1/2 jerrys steak and cheese
    4 oatmeal cookies w/icing
     
    Wed
    Breakfast: those home made choc chip cookies again and V8 140
    Snack: small bag chips 150
    Lunch string beans
    candy 170
    Dinner:2 cheese toast w/ 4 pepperoni, 1/4 kielbossa, little bit of general tso chicken, home made truffles

    I LOVE IT!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT, I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE GYM EVERYDAY!!!!!:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :faint: I'M GOING WALKING TOMORROW MORNING AND BACK TO THE GYM ALSO!!!! I really need to get an ipod so I can have the music I want.

    I kept it moving this weekend, I'm happy to say

    Sunday 3.2 walk (bonus cleaned the house)
    Monday 6.4 walk and a little more later (bonus washed the truck)
     
    I want to incoporate some home exercise in all this movement. I want to start some sit ups, leg lifts, hand weights and Tae Boe Kicks.
     
    Eating was ok but should have been better.

    Saturday- It began raining when I left home, so I went to the track. There were people there so I said if they can do it so will I. I would stop if it rained harder but the rain and cool breeze felt so refreshing. I kept walking. I did 3.5 miles and wanted to do more. Some folks left the track but more came. I like that... I have not been walking due to the heat (excuse) but my body responded well to the rest. Later that day I walked again with Crystalstart 2 miles at Tucker Rd Path.
     
    Sunday- 3 mile walk at HP w/Crystalstar I felt great, we took a break by the water and it was just an awesomely, beautiful day. I felt so good that near the end I would job a tiny bit. I felt good to have the extra energy at the end. WOW I hope next weekend is as beautiful and cool.
