    31 days until Spring :omg: I'm glad I'm already exercising and not waiting for the warm weather to start exercising. 1.9.07 -3(376):eek: 1.17 -3(373):clap2: 1.23 -1(372) 1.30 +2(374):bored So I had lost 4 pounds since beginning bootcamp but put 2 pounds on last weigh in. I really hope it is muscle. I really think it is but needless to say I want the scale to always go down regardless.

    Yes yes yes the scale is not your friend when it does not say what you want. Yes yogurt is good for you but lemon pound cake is not. No eggs do not go down well for breakfast if you are tight in the morning. Yes this is a great place for newbies to start off on the right foot. Yes changing your calorie count up and down at times will help to promote weight lost. I see a few people did not make it to the gym yesterday so I hope you did something else in place of that workout routine. Yes I see some people did go walk and did other extra curricular activities. LOL You guys are an amazing bunch. Success is easy when you add some help.

    Supperdaddy I have missed you being around. I have to commend you on your new start. You are not alone. I ralized I only lost 32 pounds for year of 06. So I have been exercising everyday because I will not let 07 be anything less then 75 pounds. The support here is more then I would ever be able to get at home and it keeps me committed.     Oh Tann I'm sorry, the hard candy sounds good or yogurt, granola, south beach bars are wonderful. Nature Baley lemon bars are great also. Don't forget my favorite sugar free fudgesicles or and fat free coolwhip mixed with a container of yogurt on a low fat graham cracker. Yummo!!

    You are rolling right along. It is never to early to start preparing. Have you tried the shakes yet? I started drinking Atkins Advantage once a day before I had surgery. I was practicing eating less and worked wonderfully. Have you been practicing your new exercise routine yet? Perhaps some walking in place or around the house.

    Bandida have you done a treadmill stress test at your doctors office? You may need to do so, so the doctor can see what your heart is doing while you exercise. You are doing a great job.

    Back to the gym this morning 1 min on ellipt, 20min treadmill, lat pulldown. I can see my body changing. I can feel bones ready to show through the fat. LOL I love LBT and my journal, I feel so comfortable here venting for all the world to see. LOL:eek: My heart is smiling for thickchickintexas
