And then I found out how hard it is to really change. I just wanted the loneliness inside to leave. Funny thing is, all I ever wanted I already had. In the friends I have, the love that I feel. I just had to start again.

i month post op today... i've lost 38 pounds total and 16 of them have been since surgery. iit's going a bit slower than i expected but i'm still very pleased with my results thus far!!!!!!

I lost two more lbs and I am so excited!! I am at the weight I was when I first joined weight watchers back in 2000!!!!! This is awesome!!!!

woke up in the 260's! now, the next goal is 255, so i can get my BMI under 40
