ugh, hate tight mornings...had to get anything down this morning without feeling it.

I always have a warm drink before attempting anything in the morning...I've been retaining water lately due to the female monthly thing...so it doesn't matter what I do right now...lol! I just tried a little tuna for lunch...and even that wants to stick on the way down. So frustrating being a female with a band sometimes. I know, if my rings are tight...I am going to not eat much that day...or week.

Tried Zumba for the first time tonight..loved it! I can do this kind of workout daily. Feel like I'm learning sexy dance moves. Ha!

I'm already scale obsessing and I'm only on the pre-op diet right now. Best thing to do is don't freak out... follow the rules, and count your food/exercise. The scale is misleading, especially for us women who hold water weight randomly due to hormones. As you workout, muscle will make the scale misleading, as well. You know, I may lock mine away after surgery...and only my hubby will be able to get it out. I will also put weight-ins on the calendar, like an appointment...so I don't obsess. Obsessing over a number sucks...we are not numbers! lol
