- Restless BODY syndrome?
Yes I did experience this a few times after my surgery I couldn't believe it when I read your post! It is the worst most uncomfortable feeling! I experienced 2-3 episodes of it on separate nights I don't know what caused it or how it stopped All I know is I haven't had an episode in quite a while My surgery was May 6th- In need of help
Also you can find pb2 on amazon- In need of help
I was using premier ready to use protein shakes in vanilla They can have a funny "minty" after taste to them tho but they ARE convenient So now I'm using a powder I got at Costco "MTX" in cookies and cream 25g of protein per scoop And I'm not kidding when I tell you it is DELICIOUS- Sick to my Stomach.. Normal?
Warm chamomile tea will sit better and be soothing to your tummy ????- NSV!
Yes! I look forward to each and every day !- NSV!
So I just finished my 3rd twelve hour shift as a nurse (since my surgery) And I am so not tired! I was able to come home and play with my kids Instead of hitting the bed! Sooo happy about that Surgery date May 6th SW 240 Current weight 200 Living my life again!- My FOOD ADDICTION! I want REAL FOOD!
I did the same thing during my first and second week out!! Literally had the worst head hunger I chewed foods for the taste and spit it out! The head hunger goes away fast don't worry too much just concentrate on getting better

This is ubsurd to me Why would they not give u instructions for follow up care Shame on them but good for you you did the right thing by going to the ER You will probably be admitted and then they will give you info on who can provide your post op care Keep us posted- Indigestion!
Take the prescription it is intended to stop the indifestion- Protein
I have found a good trick or so I think... I mix 2 scoops of protein powder , chocolate or vanilla with a premier protein shake (vanilla) from Costco with plenty of ice and top it off with water put it all in a blender bottle to mix out any lumps and it is really really good and almost covers all 60 g of protein in one big drink The premier protein shakes, on their own are too sweet and the powder on its own is just ugh but together it's a perfect blend- Anyone have the sleeve surgery around may 7 2014?
Me to! I was sleeved May 6th I've lost 26 PDs since the start I'm eating real food now small bites and I chew the hell out of EVERYTHING Some things don't bother me at all and some things I can only have a bite or to of It's really weird, my relationship with food now But I tell you what it's not the last thing I think about at night nor the first thing in the morning I went grocery shopping today and had so much fun shopping in the health food sections I already have so much more energy And am so glad I decided to do this for myself! Let's keep in touch all!! - 4months out down 50 pounds
