  1. My sister in law takes pleasure in bringing everyone around her down. Her favorite target is me. I was in a very dark place at my highest weight. She loved to talk about me to friends and family members. I use her as my motivation to keep going. I am so happy and living life I don't have time for the toxic people that just can't find their own happiness. My biggest feck her is reaching my goal and running in the race for the cure. I'm doing this in memory of my mother in law and my mother. Can't wait!

  7. How common is it to have issues with relationships with weight loss surgery. My husband has been very insecure lately. He has made comments about me leaving him. I find myself reassuring him constantly. does this go away with time? What can I do to help him with this?
  8. @@readyforitnow I'm so excited for you. I was also nervous about being a type one diabetic and having sleeve surgery. I'm 3 months and 18 days out. My A1C is now a 5.9 (my Dr is amazed) I use very little insulin and some days no insulin. I have had a few lows. I drink a small shot of orange juice diluted with Water. It brings my blood sugar back up. I have to be careful not to miss meals. I also eat a small amount before I work out and after I get back from the gym. Your diabetic Dr. will help you through the process. Each of us experience all of the changes from surgery differently. For my health it has been the best thing ever. Wishing you well on you're journey Jenn
