AM I CRAZY?!
@@canadian_girl No need to beat yourself up thinking you can do this on you're own. Many of us have dieted, lost weight and regained. For me loosing on my own was not realistic. ( tried it over and over) Living for you're kid's. I think you said it all in that statement. I don't believe risking death is selfish of you. You need to be in you're children's life for the long run. You're kids will get so much back by learning from you're example of what a healthy lifestyle is. They will be so elated to see you happy in you're life and in theirs. (what is selfish about that? ) No complications from obesity now. But how long until you start having more health issues? Enjoy researching surgery options. I hope you find the answers you are looking for.

Anyone else struggling with this?
@@arcticmoonx129 Amazing job by the way! From having body issues from being morbidly obese to having body issues at a healthy weight I can relate. I am working with a therapist to try to get in a better place with my body. I am beyond thrilled with the weight loss. I also did not expect to still feel this way.

Help always hungry!
@@Aribay1 Wow! You are a busy lady. It's frustrating. But it's all learning as you go. You are weight training so expect some weight fluctuations. Some things to try: I'm no expert just another sleever:) Try limiting you're carbohydrates. (breads rice potato) Carbs trigger hunger. Also slow down weight loss. My dietician instructs to add carbs once you have lost 75% of you're weight. try vegetables with you're Protein. Fiber will help fill you up and low calorie. I snack on veggies and pizza sauce when I cook. That seems to be when I get the munchies. Plan and pack good protein choices and Snacks. They will hopefully keep you satisfied longer than a shake (not that shakes are bad)For some the liquid just does not seem to fill you up. Satisfy cravings. If its salty or sweet have healthy bariatric snacks to get the craving out of the way. Probably things you have already herd. Hunger is different for all of us. I don't think you are doing anything wrong. It might just be finding what works to feel satisfied.

How long did your hair fall out?
@@Elode I have to clean my hairbrush after each use. It's not clumps but a small palm full after cleaning my hairbrush. The part down the middle of my hair is where I notice it the most. My hair is so thin. Glad the hair loss is temporary. I'm trying all kinds of things. Hair extensions, Topix , biotine, shampoos and hair regrowth serums. Nothing working . I'm just having fun with it at this point. LOL when I wear extensions they are 22 inch long one's. Go big or go home..lol

Considering weight loss surgery, need feedback from those who've had it.
@@zackly My surgeon suggested the sleeve because I'm a type one diabetic. I was prescribed Lantus and Novalog. I'm now Off Lantus and hardly using the Novalog. I rarely have high blood sugar levels. I now have low blood sugars. With the sleeve I'm still able to have sugar with no dumping syndrome. It helps when the lows hit I can use my glucose tablets. food is still a wonderful part of my life. Love that hunger does not overwhelm me. I can enjoy people around me. Check out the world according to egg face and inside karens kitchen ( Bariatic tab) to see that food is actually still amazing after surgery. Enjoy you're research. I hope you find what is right for you.

Need to eat after working out at the gym
@@randoval As a type one diabetic I do have glucose tablets. They contain 4g of carb and 15 calories. They do raise you're blood sugar when you hit a low. After surgery I have had mind numbing low blood sugars. The liquid fuel has 21g of carb and 80 calories. Easy to carry at the gym and my running belt. I'm at the gym for 2 hours I drink them every half hour and keeps the low's at bay. I no longer have to use my glucose tabs after the gym. I'm able to do longer distance run's with out my blood sugar crashing on me. Glad my dietician suggested it
