Omg I'm super excited !! 24 pounds down & only 13 days post op . It hasn't been easy but I'm doing it. There are days I just want eat but I'm sticking to my plan !

I'm 4 days out and I was HUNGRY starting the day after my surgery!! have been craving every thing under the sun. I'm on Clear Liquids until tomorrow when I can start my Protein drinks back up. I don't feel well as I'm in some pain and trying to figure out my Water intake.
Anyways...I want chicken. Lol

I've managed to lose a few more pounds for a total of 13lbs post op. No way I could have lost that in 3 weeks (that averages out to 4.3lbs each week) on my own so I've stepped away from the scale and will weigh in once a week if I'm feeling good about it, but I may limit that for awhile. I don't want my life to become a number on the scale. I'm following the rules and I know the weight will come off. I'm sure I will be less terrified once a get about 60lbs gone. I'm feeling better, my clothes are loose and that's an amazing feeling.

Welcome, I'm almost 7 weeks post op.

Relax!!! Don't worry about something you can't change by tomirrow. Trust that you have done your part and things will work out either way. If it does not happen tomorrow, there maybe a good reason. If you can't shake this worry, call your surgeon's office, they may be able to helo ease your worry.

I am having surgery tomorrow as well. Getting nervous starting to second guess myself. My husband is very supportive.
