Hi my name is Nelly & i have been struggling with weight really since i first got married in 2004. i started at 160 & really quick i was over weight. I honestly don't remember when it got bad it just did. Next thing i knew i was in the 300's. In 2007 i lost @ 80lbs that put me at 240 and it was short lived. As fast as I lost it I gained it right back. So I have been debating weight loss surgery for a while now but I don't have insurance and never thought i could pay for it out of pocket. Well turns out i can now & i found a doctor that i trust and that I've been seeing since January 2014. My surgery date is tomorrow April 23rd and i am a mess. I'm nervous, happy, excited, anxious. All of the above. But I'm ready and i can't wait!!!
