Omg I'm super excited !! 24 pounds down & only 13 days post op . It hasn't been easy but I'm doing it. There are days I just want eat but I'm sticking to my plan !

      It will get easier in time with cravings. Stick to your eating protocol..cravings will be minimal.. But watch for head hunger ...check with your stomach to see if u r really hungry.
