Hey guys. I'm one year out and 110 pounds down. I'm doing really well, but I've been stalled for about a six of these months. I lost motivation and spent the past months floating between 215 and 206. Now I'm down to 203 after a month of pushing from 215 but I can't do this alone.
I decided to start a YouTube channel and make weekly videos for weightloss. I'd love if you guys would get involved and just tell me how you're doing and stuff on my videos so I can be motivated and know I have people out there with me who know what I went through and what I'm going through.

Ok, the saddle passed the fit test and a bucking test! Had a great ride with a slight fiasco that resulted in a 4 horse pileup while trying to traverse a decrepit bridge across a boggy area. The lead horse fell through a rotten spot, freaked out, spun and head back down the three foot wide bridge, shoving me and another horse off the bridge into the bog. My horse managed to get back up on the bridge and she decided that bucking, jumping and double barrel kicking was the most effective way to get back to terra firma. We slammed into the 4th horse who fortunately, stood her ground. And I stayed in the saddle! Meanwhile, the second horse had sunk to his belly up the boggy slope. We ended up rolling him back down towards the bridge, where he was able to get back to his feet. Everyone came out unscathed.
Other than that, it was an awesome ride to a beautiful waterfall. I'm still fine tuning the rigging, but as for the drink holder, I had a Water bottle sleeve that hooks onto your belt for hiking that worked great attached to the breast collar! I sipped my Syntrax nectar Apple Ecstasy all the way up the trail.
And since I'm such a geek, here's a picture of the saddle and a shot of me and my horse after the bog incident...those are splotches of mud on my shirt.

I know a lot of people who were doing this or that they can finally get pregnant, or fit into a airplane seat, or paint your toenails. I'm doing this from my health so I can't wait to finally be off all these meds, they're getting gone I'm ready for them to be gone now. Most of all I'm getting so excited because I am so close to fulfilling my dream of adopting a child. And not just any child but it energetic lively lovely 12-year-old boy. I cannot wait to keep up with him.

After surgery very little can be eaten due to swelling. From that point to a year a doubling in capacity would be true. I do believe my ego has doubled, though.

So I am now officially 8 months post-op and today I took my first "after" photo. I was very proud of the outfit and shoes I wore to work today - definitely something I've never worn in my life. I thought I would share with all of you. The first one was taken the day I came home from the hospital after having surgery. The second is 8 months post-op. I am so happy I made this decision and life change!

I am not sure what happened on my other post... But, here are my before and afters almost exactly one year to the day.

Before pic was me at my highest weight 241. The after is not the most recent I have but it's close lol I haven't taken any recent pics. I believe I'm in the 194 range in the photo. But today I am officially down to 181. That's 35 gone since surgery and 50 total!!!!!

I don't have a goal weight, but would be thrilled with another 20-30 lb loss

I have told a lot of people .
I also get positive feed back they all seem happy I chose it since they have all watch me struggle with weight .
The problem if you don't tell them the first thing they think is you are dying of something to lose the weight that fast . I had a friend that has not seen me since I was 430 pounds before the band and I dropped a 100 pounds with it before it failed . Well I did not tell him anything and he asked me if I was ok one day and I said yea why he said well u lost a lot of weight really fast .i said yea it great don't you think ? He said well hell yea but how I was not going to tell him but it just game out and he said oh wow glad you did the band . So I asked what he really thought abd he said either illegal drugs or I contracted cancer or something else . So from that point on I just started talking about my weight problem from day one to the sleeve . I get a lot of obese people talking to me about the three choices and why I chose what I chose . You never know who you might be helping with being up front . Don't get me wrong I get how it's no ones business also but I figure I would like people to know . I am almost two months out may 30,2014 of the sleeve surgery and people seem to notice a lot of the weight loss I still have not lol

I've had similar type comments.. There ain't too much The Sleevester handles well. So eat almost the same thing everyday and I still have trouble eating veggies. I've been told I'm not eating healthy and I'm eating to little and I need to eat right.. Well this is what I can eat sorry!! Also if one more person says "well there is nothing here u can eat" or "oh is this okay or that something you can eat??" Don't worry peeps I can find something to eat !!! I got this covered and sometimes I don't need everyone trying to "help" out and give me advice.
