I had extra skin removed on 11/9/14 and everything went great. It was not as painful as all the horror stories I have heard. still waiting to have drains removed(monday I hope) and I can get back to normal life

First day without pain. Felt amazing. New jump in my step!

Meeting with surgeon didn't go too well. He needs clearance from my ortho as to whether I can have the surgery on the 11th or it will be postponed until February 28th. Just not feeling it today :-(

Sleeved! Had surgery a week ago Friday, feeling pretty good. Following Stage 1 to the letter but haven't been hungry at all. Doing really well so far!

I now weigh less than I did on my wedding day 38 years ago. I can hardly believe it.

If I couldn't walk for 20 minutes 3 times a day before my surgery, how am I supposed to do it one week post up when I'm still healing and haven't dropped enough weight to make exercise any easier yet?

First day home from hospital. I can not figure out how I'm supposed to get 3 protein shakes, water, broth. jello down. I'm lucky if I get water down. :-(
