    Very nervous! That little of doubt comes in from time to time. With the 2 weeks of diet...losing weight was a lot better than I thought. However with diets in the pass the weight just came right back. Reading other people thoughts are so helpful. It keeps us on track. I just needed a extra boost right before my surgery in the morning
