I think it's just the swelling that comes with surgery. Right now I can take as much of a drink to wet my thirst down my stomach at one time. I heard it would be difficult the first week.

I have to agree that is amazing. I'm 4 days post op and am really praying for both big scale and non-scale victories this month. The first is trying to get these liquids down. Good luck and all the best

I am 4 days post op and I do feel like I'm on a downward curve. Honestly the worst part for me has been the gas and just trying to get used to the small amount of liquid. You will make it for sure, I had many of the same concerns and even post op I have to keep telling myself this is a tool for my total health not just weight loss so the discomfort I'm having is small in comparison. Hang in there and your in my prayers.

Hi I am also 4 days post op...my stomach grawls like I'm hungry and have had the head hungry once or twice. I'm just finding it hard to get my fluids in for sure
