Hi my name is Mia and I had the sleeve gastrectomy on April 3, 2014. I have battled obesity most of my life and decided after many years of thinking that bariatric surgery was the right thing for me to do. I am in recovery and smelling food and watching people eat bothers me. I am thinking this is normal for someone going through this. I am only drinking small amount of protein shakes, jello and water. I would love to hear more about how others are coping through recovery or how others have coped.
