Hi all, I just found out that i have to have this done before approval. I have done everything else that is required. Has anyone had this done? If so, what happens during this visit. Thanks.

Hello everyone. I have finally made up my mind to do this and found out my insurance will no longer cover lap bands after December 31st. I have attended the seminar, my pcp is in the process of finishing my letters of neccessity and clearance. I have a appointment to meet the surgeon and physchologist in the next month. My question is how long is the wait time and is is possible to have the surgery before December 31st? Any info will be greatly appreciated. :cry
