Kiara, caffeine, sugar, and carb withdrawal can all give you headaches. It is so worth it though to cleanse your body of these addictions. Don't start back on any of them after surgery. You will be so thankful you didn't. I have stayed off caffeine, very low carb, and try to only have natural sugars (like fruit) and I am lovin it! I still get cravings but they are so much easier to deal with.
