Hello, I'm doing well. I am 2 1/2 weeks Post Op from my bypass and down 45lbs. I am down 64lbs since Pre Op in November. Although I have at least another 80lbs to go, I'm feeling great. I have been working with a personal trainer 2 days a week for about a month now and he's helping to keep my motivated.

Ok, I'm so glad I read this post. I feel like I'm driving myself crazy with the scale...It's the first thing I do every morning and everyday I step on it in fear that the weight is not going to come off. I had my surgery Dec. 17 and as of today I'm down 34 lbs. How often should I weight myself? Weekly?
