  3. Well i am basically at goal. I am done really trying to lose weight because im under high school weight. I have raised my calories to around 1200-1400 per day. I do work out 6 days per week faithfully and have lowered my cardio to 35 minutes per day from 50 so i can concentrate on lifting weights and abdominal work. That is working out fine. I actually just got home from a 12 day mexico tip and hit the gym 11 out of the 12 days. Its a good habit now that wont be broken. I figure i am going to maybe gain 5-10 lbs of muscle but get leaner though i am in a 34 inch waist and large shirt now. Im fine with all of this. My weight will probably fluctuate from 215-225 but that is all fine with me. I am happy and thin..... Chris

  5. 6 days per week.. lift weights eveyday, abs everyday and cardio 35 minutes a day. i spend about 1 hour and 10 minutes ish per day in the gym.. Takes 3 weeks to form or break a habit. So its easy! Chris

  8. Thank u for that info re food intake,. Im still doing like 3 maybe 4 small meals per day of about 300 - 400 calories each. I see your pretty much at your goal as well. Yeah i suppose its all up to your body but you have done it as well. its amazing. Im going to see how i do when i weigh in the end of next week.. i was in Mexico for 2 weeks and just got home 3 days ago and needless to say the resort was awesome but the food was well YUCK!!! HAHA. I did the best I could. Now im back on a roll.
  9. I am less than 10lbs from goal. But i have surpassed my first goal my surgeon set for me months ago by 30lbs so i changed my goal to 210ish. I actually had my first weight gain of 3+ LBS. No biggie I mean im lifting more weights and trying to tone now. Also I feel less restriction. I can eat more. Are both of these issues normal? I guess they are not issues but is what I am experiencing normal? A small weight gain as well as ability to eat more? Thank you Christian

  19. Well I have heard this is very very very common. Thats why my surgeon doesnt even do band any longer. My understanding is they do the whole procedure at once. Cut the band out and convert to sleeve. I wish you the best of luck. Chris
