Vacation Blues...HELP

✋hi everyone, I have a question if your 1-2 months post-op and you travel for vacation did you pack your shakes, protein bars, protein powder ect, how did you get all of your proteins in..at 1-2 months what stage of food is that is that the soft food stage.....

As far as the stage, it depends on your individual surgeon's diet plan.

bring bars and crysta light packs.. plus 1-2 months out you must be close to solids.. get permission to go to solids a bit early.. CHEW CHEW CHEW and eat 4 ounces of chicken, fish or tender steak, Protein is your number 1 priority..

I am traveling in a couple weeks. I am currently on soft proteins but at that point will be at stage 5, adding veggies and fruit. I plan on taking my protein powder, because I still like to start the day with a great tasting shake, and protein bars for an emergency snack or lunch. Since I can eat any other protein at that point I should be ok.

At one month out I'm finishing up with puréed foods. Then soft foods. At 2 months out I'll just start regular foods as tolerated. I know you say "1-2" months but it depends on if it's one or two. They differ.
