How do they remove the band? Before or at the sleeve operation? Would love to hear different views.

Well I have heard this is very very very common. Thats why my surgeon doesnt even do band any longer. My understanding is they do the whole procedure at once. Cut the band out and convert to sleeve. I wish you the best of luck.

My surgeon took the band out and did the sleeve all in one surgery.

most do both surgeries at one time. mine slipped and had to come out emergency you will need a revision. which is band to sleeve. the sleeve is sooooo much better then band what a difference

Depends on the surgeon. Mine is scheduled to be done at the same time.
