tuesday i did some yard work and the most i have done since my surgery ! well for. 3 days now i have lots of stomach pain bad pain and every time i eat i run within seconds to bathroom ! immododium helped but didnt take pain away. should i be worried ?? or just over did it ?

where do i get premuir shakes

what shakes do you use ? i use isopure which is a big shake but 50 grams of protein. any other good ones. these are chalky

sorry. i was sleeved feb 17 th. i have only lost maybe 25 lbs. i worry when i eat. that i eat to much and i know i dont i guess its cause i eat more times ? i dont get enough water cause i am struggling with protein. it takes 2 hours to get a shake down ! am i at normal weight loss or am i behind ? what can i do. i have been in a very bad depression over break up too which makes it harder to eat. and i cant eat in the mornings either plz any advice would be appreciate i want this to work. feeling lost

i rode my motorcycle about 8 miles. felt fine. walked and laughed with friends for hours and after a longer walk the pain started now i am home in bed and in alot of pain. is 3 weeks to soon to be out ?? i hear girls doing zumba at 3 weeks. am i pushing it. it hurts on left side. i am scared. please tell me its ok. just rest for a few days. thanks

well i will be resting up for a few days. i hurt. it didnt start till we walked. to far and fast. to much everything. thanks for your help !

hi i was 3 weeks out monday. i was feeling good today i went out with some friends did alot of walking and laughing plus i rode my motorcycle. i didnt hurt from riding i think walking and laughing now i have bad pain on my left side. did i just over do it today ?.. i hurt uhhh. 3 weeks i hear girls doing zumba ?? i am scared

hey. was sleeved on 2/17. i am doing good little heartburn and bathroom way to much. its exhausting. stay hydrated !! also 2 inside stiched popped out. freaking me out ??. any one else have stitch issues

i had nothing but bad things with the band i al now sleeved and its great! the band is awful and should be not allowed

i had lap band 2005. i puked n suffered for 5 years !! i hated it. it slipped and was removed 2009. i gained all me weight back 2 weeks ago i was sleeved i honestly was prepared for same as band. noooooo its sooo much better what a difference still healing pains but i can swallow not puked one time. best choice i ever made

@ breathless yes i had socks. no cath gas x strips take them !! i had no external stiches glues u guess i took a back pack. the dr. took my life savers . lol. take something big enough to bring x rays home they gave me copies of everything

monday will be 2 weeks i got delayed due to airline. i am just starting to feel pretty good i did have slight pain i am down 15 lbs. just checked in and i am not hungry feel good ! Dr. Kelly and his wife are wonderful people ! they made me feel like family the hospital was clean and your well taken care of. i would do it again in a second. Tell him i said hello you will be in great hands

yes yes yes. that band is horrible. you will see a huge difference in the sleeve once ya heal

most do both surgeries at one time. mine slipped and had to come out emergency you will need a revision. which is band to sleeve. the sleeve is sooooo much better then band what a difference

i had a band slip about 4 years ago and had it removed , i want to be sleeved but i am reading now it is harder to sleeve someone who has has a band ?? looking for a good doc ?? thanks. ready now. i gained it all back. bands are awful. sleeve stories ??. has to be better then the band all i did was vomit for 4 years
