did i do to much today i hurt.

i rode my motorcycle about 8 miles. felt fine. walked and laughed with friends for hours and after a longer walk the pain started now i am home in bed and in alot of pain. is 3 weeks to soon to be out ?? i hear girls doing zumba at 3 weeks. am i pushing it. it hurts on left side. i am scared. please tell me its ok. just rest for a few days. thanks

You may have overdid it some. It will be ok, rest and take it easier. You've got to work your way up to that much activity. I've been hurting since Sunday with severe muscle spasms behind my main incision. I over did it by doing T25 is all I can think of and I'm sure paying for it. I can't bend or go from s sitting to standing position without the pain:(. Nada can be done it will eventually go away. I'm 5 weeks out tomorrow. Best of luck.

I was advised not to lift anything heavy for one month. Maybe handling your motorcycle put stress on your stitches.

well i will be resting up for a few days. i hurt. it didnt start till we walked. to far and fast. to much everything. thanks for your help !
