5'6" and weighed 225-235 surgery day?

Hi I had my surgery on Jan 17, 2014. I started my weight loss journey at 230 lbs, by June I was down 60 Ibs. I am 5' 6 1/2. -

I has my sleeve surgery on January 17, and this liquid diet is hard, I keep telling myself it will all be worth it in the end. I am not craving food but I just want to chew something of substance. I had 4 days of pre-op liquid food and I am scheduled to stay on liquids until January 31 then move to soft foods. This phase we are in is all about letting your sleeve heal. U will have ur cheese sandwich again soon. -

I am scheduled for the gastric sleeve procedure on January 17th. I am excited about the prospect of a new life but afraid about the relationship that I will have with food going forward
