  2. You said it your self " ive lost over 100lbs several times" keeping it off is the hard part, exactly what you said was what made me make my decision to get the l/b i know from all the times i had lost weight that i cannot keep it off and im only getting older.
  3. I glad im not the only one! And has any of you started the 2wk.pre op. liquid diet and hows that going for you? (sounds like the worst part for me)
  4. They let you know what you should be eating how much excerscise you should be getting how your diet will change after surg. and prob. have you keep a food log.

  7. Not from Reno but Winnemucca, to be banded Sep. 14th. Really not looking forward to the 2wk liquid diet. before and after. Dr.Ganser to do my surg. also.
  8. Im shced. for Sep. 14th and having doubts about my picking lapband over bypass surg.
  9. I know 4 people who had bypass surg. But no one who had lap band. Im sched. for the band in 2 wks. what kind of weight loss am i loking at?
