Am down 15 pounds for Spet. not bad considering I was banded on the 14th. My goal for Oct is also 15 pounds than for nov and dec I will reduce it to 10 pounds per month. I walked the dog this am and decided to dust off my bike! Went four miles but also feel off and landed on my side as I was tryng to change gears going up a huge hill. Not smart!! Only a scraped elbow and knee, hubby was afraid I hurt myself but am OK!!! Made a committment with all they other sept bandsters to exercise every day in Oct to see how much we cans shed!!
