Well do you think you might still binge eat after the surgery. The surgery won't prevent you from doing that. Something to think about. I wish you success on your journey.

I started using SF Milk of Magnesia, couldn't find it at Walmart but get the Walgreens brand at Walgreens, taste like $%## so I put it in my smoothie, does not gas me like Miralax did

I use one cap of Miralax in my coffee every morning.. I also have a squatty potty and the two combined have solved all my issues!! Even my IBS

I love the Premier Protein bars and they have 30 gr Protein but 290 cal. I think only 2 gr sugar. Variety box available at Sams or costco. I try not to eat a whole one, but carry one in my purse and eat a half if I am traveling and need a lift. I also like the
Hydroxycut Bars 18 gr protein and 190 calories

Thanks everyone. I saw my surgeon last week for my 6 month check up and he was thrilled. Everything is going well, I will see him at 1 year and he wants me to be at HIS goal of in the 140's......he said "lose all you can, it's like money in the bank". I already have sharpea dog butt and thighs LOL but I am healthy!!!

I disagree with you. I prefer to listen to MY DOCTOR who has a VERY stringent plan and I have followed it to a T. I don't really think you should be giving medical advice here
