Two weeks today for me too. I am down 18 lbs. Feeling good. Going back to work next week. However, may Ijust say that there are way too many commercials containing food on tv?

Katherine LOL and yes way too many commercials with food! Fast forward!!

Congrats in the 18 that's awesome!!!

I am 10 days post-op and I have lost 15#... My problem is the Protein. YUCK. Somebody please help me with this. I settled on Isopure powdered protein supplement that you add to milk or smoothies or whatever. I have tried several different kinds but I am not kidding: I find it sickening it is so yucky. Why can't I just take protein in a pill?

And yes, way too many commercials. I feel hungry 100% of the time and would give anything for a cheeseburger but have remained totally compliant, it just is not easy. Suggestions? Thanks for any help you can offer, especially on the protein. Ick Ick Ick!
