  1. As always Madame reverie I love your response. Sometimes simple is best.
  2. I had two kids with my husband before we got married. He also has a daughter that is six weeks younger than our second child. The mother of that one was his brothers girlfriend. I was stupid enough to believe that he was sorry and married him. We had one more child in 1998 and then I discovered he was cheating again when she was 2 months old. Got divorced and have been single since then. I am much happier alone than I was with someone who treated me like shit. I have been focusing on raising my kids. I am now at a point in my life that I may be ready to start dating again. But also given a recent betrayal by my male former best friend. I am not so sure. Don't know if I can ever trust a man again.
  3. Depends on your job. I am a receptionist and was off 6 days. I have no Benefits from my job so that was all I had available for vacation pay. Worked out okay. Could have benefited from another week or two at home. No regrets though.

  8. Three weeks post op. On solid foods. First day I have actually hit my protein and water goals. Haven't had anything yet that hasn't agreed with me. Other than my newfound lactose intolerance. Having an issue with guilt though. Guilt about eating. I feel like I ate too much today. which I didn't. but I guess I fear not being successful? I have already lost half of my weight so I know I can do it. Have had a lot of serious personal and family issues since coming home from hospital. Stress always made me eat. It isn't now but I think about food a lot. Just don't have much desire to eat. It's such a mindset thing. I think that I have made great strides in changing my whole attitude about food. But is it enough? That's my fear today. Any input? Thanks Highest weight 250. Surgery weight 208. Current weight 192. Goal weight =<140lbs.
