Wonderful Onederland!

So I hit my first goal of being under 200 lbs. yesterday. This is the least I've weighed in a very long time. Now just 60lbs to go! I had my surgery Oct. 21st and am so happy with how much better I feel already. This past week I was able to add some jogging into my walk without my joints killings afterward. My goal is to run my first 5K by the end of the year and at this rate I think I might just achieve that goal. I can honest admit that I am dying for a glass of wine or an Oreo, but the little sacrifices are so worth it.
