one month out.

I had my gastric bypass a month ago. When I was in the hospital I was in horrible pain (because all I can take is Tylenol) and wondered if I had made the right decision. Now one month out I am feeling much better and am down 50lbs! I can not wait to continue this journey and be healthy for my family.

Congrats!!!

I'm also 1 month out but only 20 pounds down. My weight seems to be coming off very slowly compared to others

Esthor. I'm the same. Down 20 lbs in 6 weeks. Super slow but sure.
