  1. I have also been feeling that my band wasn't working, but after reading the message from the lady that talked about the lump that you feel in your throat, bells had whistles are going off. Sometimes when I feel the lump in my throat I take a small sip of liquid to make it move duhhhhh. Thank you so much for letting me know that that is just my fullness mechanism. It is wonderful to talk to people who have already gone through issues that I'm having.
  2. November will really be here before you know it. I felt just the way you do this past April after going to the seminar, but it will be worth the weight, get it WEIGHT. Okay I won't quit my day job. Just start saving and planning for your new clothes.
  3. Yes, I am a new lapbander. I had my procedure done on the 20th of July. I've already lost 12lbs according to the doctors scale fully clothed. You know how you figure clothing weight, or am I the only one who does that. I figured that I should start communicating with other people have done this, so I could get some honest feed back.:clap2:
