  1. Hey everyone. Just checking on you alls progress. I've stalked again but I blame the holidays. Lol I'm starting over with my diet and exercise this week and continuing into the new year. I hope to be down 40 more lbs by next summer. I need to get back into the gym - the holidays sure does mess up your routine and give you bad habits. I'm staying motivated that I'll reach my goals. Hows everyone else doing?

Heyyyyy mine had slowed down too. Had the longest stall. Think it's broken now. Back working out and eating protein first. Hopefully I reached my goal weight. Staying positive!!!! I'm in St. Louis now. Born here.
  4. Glad im not the only one. sleeved january 2014. starting weight around 300 and im stuck in the 240s for a few weeks. i admit i fell off, moved, wasnt eating my Protein and was ultimately dissappointed at my 5 month checkup. so i got back on my game, have lost about 8 lbs since then and started intense strength training. maybe im gaining muscle or something but the scale isnt moving how i want it to. im just going to stay motivated and consistent, and positive. id love to hear any tips if you all have any too. thanks.

I started working out more and increased my protein. I fell off for a few months but I'm back on. I bought a heart rate monitor to track my calories burned during exercise. Our 6 month anniversary is this week! Congrats to everyone. I hope to reach my goals... Staying positive and motivated!!!

Hey MJM, I'm just taking Multivitamins. Sometimes I take preworkout before I hit the gym. It gives me energy. Not sure how much I'm down. Stopped weighing myself. But I fit into a 18w now, down from a 22w!!!!! Can't wait to lose more!!!!!!! Happy 13 weeks tomorrow!!!!!!! How's everyone doing?

I have not had any issues with losing my hair. Not sure why others have.

Oh yea. I totally have to have protein supplement. I have the premier protein shakes once a day with a bar at least. On days I workout I might have two shakes - I heard it's good to drink one post workout... But a shake can give me anywhere from 30-45g of protein. I have pb2 and sometimes I mix that with the protein powder and skim milk. 4 oz fish or chicken is like 20g or so... Greek Yogurt with granola, etc... So it managers to be around 80g.

Thanks everyone. I'm working my way up too! I went to the doctor yesterday- I lost 11 more lbs in 4 weeks! I'm really happy with how things have been. Don't have a lot of endurance but it'll come in time I'm sure! :-) My goal is to reach 50 lbs down by 16 weeks! How's everyone else doing?

Hate to say it but are you working out too much or not eating enough? Personally for me, I just started working out. I've lost 10 lbs every month since surgery on 1/14. Since working out I've increased my calories and protein to 80g. I heard that stalls are normal but it seems like if you're not getting enough calories and you're burning too many, your metabolism slows down (starvation mode). Makes sense.
